Notes about the athlete

Helena Jiranová started as a 400m sprinter. She has a lot of experience with the 4x100m and 4x400m relays. Helena was a member of the Czech team in the European Championship in Prague in 2015, where the girls finished at 4th place. She was only 19 y.o.  

Now she runs 60m and 100m hurdles where she is improving year by year. She is an indoor national champion in 2021.
